Windows 10: Windows 10 Lenovo Laptop Touchscreen not working

I have a Lenovo ThinkPad Yoga 11e that have a touch screen, but the touch is not working, so I tried factory resetting the device and restarting, it have not fixed the problem, I tried looking for updates but not sure if they apply to the screen, and when I go through "This PC", right clicked and chosen "Properties" , under the section "Pen and Touch" it says the following- "No Pen or Touch Input is available for this Display" even though it does have a touch screen, I tried Lenovo Vantage but couldn't find any updates, can anyone please help me find a solution to the problem?

Windows 10 Touchscreen not working

Hello,

I have the same problem. I have already tried the suggested solutions above but it took no effect.

Touchscreen worked properly using Windows 8.1 and after upgrading Windows to Windows 10, it stopped functioning. I am using Lenovo Yoga 3 pro laptop.

Are there any additional ways to fix this problem?
