    Windows 10 Lenovo U530 Touch Laptop has to be restarted when goes into Sleep


    I have a Lenovo U530 Touch Laptop which since a Windows 10, version 20H2 update cannot sleep.


    I get the BSOD with either a Power State Failure or internal power error at other times just goes blank and then restarts.


    I have done the following


    uninstalled the update

    toggled the hibernation on and off

    toggled the fast start on and off

    checked that I have the latest drivers


    I am now at tethers end and need help please.


    any ideas?


    I am happy to share any further information or files / specs if it'll help

    Lenovo yoga pro 2 touch / mouse drivers with Windows 10


    When I upgraded to Windows 10 my touch screen and wireless mouse became erratic, especially when the laptop was turning on from 'sleep mode'. I installed the latest touch drivers from Lenovo and Logiteck (the wireless mouse) but that did not resolve the issue. I rolled back to Windows 8.1 and once again both touch and the mouse work perfectly. Lenovo insists that the problem is with Windows 10, and Microsoft insists that the problem is with Lenovo. Lenovo suggested that I wait until Microsoft releases the first service patch before I switch to Windows 10. I am not that patient so I am looking for a solution that might solve this frustrating situation.

    Enable/Disable Touch Screen Windows 10 Laptop

    There is no Pen and Touch option on my Lenovo 3-1480. I can double boot and it comes back. It is never on after sleep or shutdown. It is more of a problem since installation of Office 365.

    Lenovo p 400, Windows 10

    both 'battery' and 'plugged in' Power settings are set to "never sleep" however

    after an hour or two the laptop still goes to sleep and hitting a key on the keyboard does not wake it up, so I have to open it up and use the power button ( I have a monitor sitting on it and use a Bluetooth keyboard)

    my lenovo T series (win 7 pro) is very good about going to sleep BUT waking up EZily when I touch any key.

    any ideas?
