Windows 10: Windows 10 License Not Getting Activated

A couple of days ago, I bought a used pc from someone that came with a Windows 10 Pro OS. The license was already activated and I didn't bother checking any details. I did note down the product ID and the Activation code that is already on the box for windows 7 home premium. I should've run some code to check what the product key was, but at the time, I didn't realize such code existed and was rushed to reboot the pc. I followed the instructions in (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eHktdf3je44) and did the standard USB boot for the pc:

1. 
   I downloaded the Windows Media creation tool and copied it to a USB
   
   
2. 
   Booted the pc with the USB
   
   
3. 
   Wiped the drive, downloaded Windows 10 Pro onto the wiped drive
   

4.Followed the standard Windows Startup procedure putting in that I don't have an activation key (as it says that the machine should have a signature). Another detail that may be important is that I created a new Microsoft account for this PC.

When I finished the installation process, I signed into my new account and I now get the error: 0xc004f213

Troubleshoot won't show any suggestions except buy a new license (let's face it, I'm broke).

I did not change any hardware in the PC. The seller might have changed the Storage from HDD to SSD but that's about it.

I did read (in the below link) that it might not get activated immediately.

I did check out some details of the computer after I reset it. I figured out:

1. Last five digits of activation key
2. My License is a Retail one
3. Something called the License status is 'Notification'
4. Reason for 'Notification' is '0xc004f213' (above mentioned error code)

Can anyone help me figure out if I'm safe and my license will eventually get activated after a few days, or if I'm screwed and have to purchase a new license? I could contact tech support, but I did not want to get them involved in case the seller had given me an illegitimate license, something I would get screwed for in the end.

or you could hack it with a crack but please note this is always risky and you don't know what's in the hack

I won't buy a key, stupid.

I'll revert back to windows 7 then.

When I still was on windows 7, about a year ago I added 4GB extra ram which is a total of 8GB now,
is that causing the problem?
