Windows 10: Windows 10 license will expire soon

I had my computer upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 by a local computer company in June of this year (2018), and I've started getting a message saying that my Windows license will expire soon, and that I need to activate Windows in Settings. I took it back to the company, and they said that my license was fine, but that I had a piece of malware which was messing with my operating system. They supposedly fixed the problem and said that there wouldn't be any charge because their warranty was still valid, but if I brought it in again they would have to charge me. However, when I brought the computer home and booted it up, I got the same expiry message. I did some research, and suspect that they installed the wrong type of license. Can you tell from the screen shots whether the company did in fact install the wrong type of license, and if so what I should do about it, aside from taking it back to them again?

I have recently factory restored my hp envy windows 10. Now i have this message "WINDOWS LICENSE WILL EXPIRE SOON". Im not sure if this is important but i have sent in my hp envy for warranty repairs on the hard disk drive. I bought my hp with windows 10 home edition, but when I sent it in for repairs it came back with windows 10 pro. Any suggestions
