  1. Windows 10 limiting i7 CPU speed to 1GHz for concurrent tasks during Zoom or Skype meetings

Since last update of Windows 10 that my Lenovo laptop ThinkBook 13s-IWL is performing a strange behavior during Zoom or Skype conference calls limiting the CPU speed to be always around 1 GHz. As a Software Developer I use to build programs in Java or Dotnet which requires the maximum resources and uses the CPU in maximum Speed at 4 GHz during compilation. It always has performed well in the last year during my lecture activities with Zoom and building/compiling Software in a few seconds. But since last Windows update that the CPU is performing around 1GHz when I am compiling software at the

  2. System requirement doesn't meet base CPU speed but meets turbo

So I have a laptop with CPU Intel Core i7-6500U. The specs say that its speed is 2.5GHz and extendable upto 3.1GHz.

    A game's minimum requirement is CPU 2 Duo 2.9GHz.
I tried to run the game but it didn't. Is it because of the CPU speed doesn't meet the requirement at base speed..??

Also, the game showed itself in the processes tab.

Can we manually increase CPU speed..?

Re CAMERA connect for Zoom meetings

How do I get the ZOOM app onto the Privacy access list?

I'm not having any luck in unblocking the camera. I can see and hear at Zoom meetings, but not seen.

Does Zoom need Windows permission? How do you fix that? I'm not very good at tech mazes; maybe someone

can walk me through that needed connection? Why is Zoom omitted from the apps with access list?

Error number received at clicking the video sign to join: #OxA00F4244 [no connection)

Checked re App Access which are all marked ON, but no Zoom app listed.

    Suggestions, recommendations?

CPU not running in full speed in Windows 10

I tried all above and none of these doesn't get my CPU clock over 0.79GHz.

What hardware are you using ? PC or Laptop ? Chipset?

    By the way thanks
