can't copy and paste text in windows 10

• Have you installed any Windows updates prior to this issue (e.g. Windows 10 Fall Creators Update)?
  
• Have you tried using Ctrl+V to paste the line?
• Have you tried copying and pasting other lines or words (not from your email)?
• Can you provide us a sample screenshot of the issue?
