Windows 10: Windows 10 LiveKernelEvent Code:141

Hello,ISSUE: Only when playing games, after 5-30 minutes my screen goes black and my pc fans get really loud. Sound still outputs. I have to hard reboot my PC by holding the power button down as it is otherwise unresponsive due to no display.TIMELINE: Having issue for the last week.POSSIBLE CAUSE?: This issue seemed to start happening after I moved a case fan to a new location. I moved the fan back to the original location and the issue did not resolve. This could be coincidental timing. See temp info in #3 at bottom of post. Just when I thought we might have been in the clear it happened again. Monitors lost connection, could still hear audio. Reliability monitor says it was another livekernelevent code 141.

i get random black screens on my display for a brief moment, sometimes those black screens cause my pc to crash

Hello,
I have recently noticed that my laptop's screen freezes out of nowhere without doing no hard tasks (just reading a pdf). As I saw, it all starts with the bluetooth mouse not working and a bit of time after that the screen freezes and i have to restart the laptop using the power button.
