Windows 10: Windows 10 Lock Screen Customization Help

I do Operating System Deployments for my company. I've recently been tasked to engineer a solution that is using Kiosk Mode/Assigned Access to guests without Active Directory accounts have a way to log in. Long story short, I need to figure out how to customize the Lock Screen. Is there any registry hacks, GPO's, or a way to manipulate the lock screen with xml code installed with a Windows Configuration Designer package? What I'm ultimately looking to do is have a lock screen with not just the "Other User" and "Kiosk Account" login options in the bottom left corner, I have fast user switching enabled, but have 2 log in options, preferably centered in the screen where you would normally see the Username/Password prompt. I know Microsoft, no pun intended, has the lock screen pretty locked down, so what are my options? I should mention this is for Microsoft Windows 10 1809 Enterprise Edition, we will soon be moving to 1909.

Success.

Here is the solution, but it is imperative to proceed carefully.
There are also a couple of final steps that are missing and I had to think about it.

Retrieve Custom Windows 10 Lock Screen Image - Super User

This must be done as Administrator (True Administrator account) -

You must add "Administrator" to the additional fields not listed to get through the permission issues caused by NTFS.

Edit - I'm posting the missing steps:





There's quite a bit going on here, but the important item to understand is that for each "picture" folder, you need to add yourself as Administrator.
Just click on "Select a principal" and enter Administrator as the Object Name for each folder you wish to gain access to.

No Lock screen in Windows 10.

• When you say that "rolling slideshow ", what exactly are you referring to?
• When you say that "I can't activate it again.", are you referring that you are not able to Activate Windows 10?
• What are the troubleshooting steps which you have performed to resolve the issue?

I suggest you to follow the steps below to set the lock screen pictures.

1. Right click on Desktop screen.

2. Then click on Personalize.

3. Click on Lock Screen.

4. Try to select the lock screen picture.

I suggest you to follow the steps below to set the lock screen option as Windows Spotlight and check if it helps.

1. Right click on Desktop screen.

2. Then click on Personalize.

3. Click on Lock Screen.

4. Try to select Windows Spotlight from the list.
