Windows 10: Windows 10 log file c /windows/system32/logfiles/srt/srttrail.txt

Computer recently flickered and flashed then lost picture. Tried to restart computer then got the automatic repair message followed by diagnosing pc. Then blue screen with the log file anytime I try a trouble shoot I'd receive blue crying face screen with bad_system_config. Please help.

I tried to Restore, Reset, Startup but nothing happened to my pc.

If you followed the directions at the link I gave you, you should have download the Media Creation Tool. You need to run that which will then download the files necessary to create a bootable USB flash drive or create a ISO file. It is not in any way bootable.

Can you log on?

If so, do your applications work?

Did you check Google for this error message:
