Windows 10: Windows 10 logon screen: remove quick access button completely

Hi, please take a look at the picture attached. Winver 20H2 19042.985 In this post I'd like to resolve removal of the icon on the logon screen in the green circle. I understand it's called the 'quick access' icon, please correct me if I'm wrong about that. Previously I managed to remove the network icon from the logon screen, but can't find a solution on the internet for this fellow. I do find a removal of this icon for Windows 8, but this one does not work on 10. Also I find ways to replace it's function whereby it stays in place. But I want it removed (from sight) completely. To remove the network icon I ran a script (possibly from this forum) which fumbles around in this key: REG ADD "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\System" /V DontDisplayNetworkSelectionUI /T REG_DWORD /D 1 /F So I assume to switch off the icon in the green circle I could add a subkey to this specific HKLM-key too, but I can't find the proper description for no display of the icon. Anybody for this path to removal, or any other path for that matter? As you can see I also circled the on/off icon in yellow, which I will ask for in another post separately. In case any solutions for that one are readily available I am grateful too . But I wanna start with this one. Kind regards, Kan

Remove items from Quick access.

I would suggest you to follow the below steps.

• Right click on the file or folder.
• Select the option “unpin from the quick access”

To pin items to an item already on the quick access bar.

Follow the below steps.

I would suggest you to create folder in the desktop screen & place all the files or folder which need to pin to the quick access.

• Open the quick access.
• Select the Desktop option.
• Right click on the folder & select the option “pin to quick access”
