Windows 10: Windows 10 look like 8.1?

Is it possible to make 10 look 1 to 1 with windows 8.1

I personally don't like the design of windows 10 and would like to have a better look

DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .
