  1. Windows 10 Mail App and Exchange ActiveSync with certificate

[COLOR=rgba51, 51, 51, 1]Good morning, we are testing Windows Mail App as a possible client to Exchange 2016 server from Internet. Our policy required username + password and client certificate. When I have a computer outside the domain I succesfully configure email account and in the account settings I can see the checkbox for automatically selection of user certificate. When I need, I can change the certificate for authentication. Everything works fine. But if is the computer in domain, I don't see the checkbox for selection of the certificate. Could you help me? Thanks for your advice.[/COLOR]

Windows 10 Mail doesnt find certificate or ask to enforce policies

I have a Windows tablet which had Windows 8.1 installed. On Windows 8.1 the mail and calendar app synced nicely through Exchange ActiveSync. I then upgraded to Windows 10 with the option to save my personal settings but have been unable to sync afterwards. There error message in the new Windows Mail app is as mentioned in this thread:

    Code:
    Code:
You'll need a personal certificate to connect to <<servername>>. Error code: 85030027
So the upgrade to Windows 10 has broken it for me. I already tried reinstalling the certificate to my personal keystore. I have received a fresh self-signed certificate from my IT department which I installed to my personal keystore but all to no avail. When setting up the corporate account and entering all the details it also does not ask to enforce the policies that come with the certificate. It seems the Mail app just does not see that the certificate in my keystore should be used for this email account and I see no way to manually connect this certificate to my email account.

This error stops me from syncing my email and calender and I'm pretty close to reverting back to Windows 8.1 as I really need this for my work. The settings are correct, I also have an Android smartphone which syncs just fine with the same settings (thank god that just works). So obviously it's something Microsoft Windows 10 Mail related.

Would be great if someone could help me out.

Problem with Enrollment of Certificates in WMDC. ActiveSync is OK.

    Hello all,

next problem bellow. Because of company politics we received new Notebooks with Windows7 and WMDC instead of old Windows Xp and ActiveSync. For correct mail synchronisation between my WindowsMobile HTC and corporate Exchange Server I need to enroll a company's
certificate. I putted needed certificate to my HTC and set up this certificate in my mobile device.

Next step I need to do - Enroll this certificate with my WMDC.

And this is a problem: i can not find my company's certificate on my mobile device. WMDC can not let me choose certificate and i see just only a blank screen. Like here:http://i.technet.microsoft.com/Ff459604.f9434d30-b93d-41b1-b0e8-91605a5f2cee(en-us,TechNet.10).jpg .

In ActiveSync it was some dropped down menu in the Enrollment proccess with ability to choose "Certificate type from Active Directory" and our companies certificate appeared in the list with some others certificates. But it was real. And I could find it. Example
    here:
    http://i.technet.microsoft.com/Ff459604.749bcb4d-d4c9-430d-9db5-c58f768fde5d(en-us,TechNet.10).jpg
    .

Question is: Where in WMDC I can choose such dropped down menu like it was in ActiveSync?

OR maybe it is another way of solving of my problem present somehow

Without this step I cannot Enroll certificate and cannot connect to our Exchange Server because of Sertificate is needed.

Please help. Will appreciate for your reply or advices.
