Windows 10: Windows 10 Mail app doesn't update

I'm running Windows 10 on a Del Laptop. I had to reset my Mail app to fix a problem. My accounts got entered properly, but I couldn't format my signatures--I only got the bare-bones Signature creator, not the Signature Editor. Following an answer here, I uninstalled the Mail app, rebooted, then reinstalled the Windows Store version. I still don't get the Editor. How do I get the Editor?

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

 

Lost Mail app after performing System Restore on Windows 10.

I did a system restore as I had lost my start menu..the start menu returned but the mail app disappeared. the store says it is installed so I can, reinstall it. I can,t uninstall as I have no app.. any suggestions. it doesn,t appear in the list of apps.
