Windows 10: Windows 10 Mail App - - Ongoing Issues

I have been TRYING to fix my W10 Mail app for literally OVER A YEAR. I have removed the Account Data ten times - - I amusing both OUTLOOK and GMAIL - - and JUST THIS WEEK, a TRULY IMPORTANT email did not get through. This email was for a Patient LOOKING for input on SUPER HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE! This BP was over 200/100 and it was life-threatening.


At the time of sending, I had only access to WIFI and no phone. I sent that patient a number and a name for a Cardiologist. I am sharing this detail because Microsoft does not understand, clearly, that SOME people out here actually WORK for a living using Windows Mail and Calendar.


That email did not arrive. I also COULD NOT FIND IT IN MY OUTBOX even though I used the normal methods to compose, check connections and SEND!


This is all beside the point: MY QUESTION IS>>>>>>>>>>>WILL MAIL EVER BE FIXED? This has happened for the last time. I am about to abandon W10 Mail.


LIVES DEPEND ON THIS!!!!!!!!!!!

p.s. THE MAIL ITEMS DISAPPEAR!!!!!!!!!!!! This never happens in GMAIL on line...however, I prefer the MAIL INTERFACE and this is a SHAME that in the 21st Century, after using mail since the 90's, that Microsoft programs an APP that is NOT trustworthy! YOU ARE CAUSING ME TO GO TO CHROME and GOOGLE and use them for REAL WORK and W10 will be for PLAY ONLY.

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

 

Mail app will not open on 10041.

I did that to no avail, then I ran WSReset.exe; now I'm good on all 3, Mail, Calendar and People! *Confused
Go figure!
