Windows 10: Windows 10 Mail App stopped syncing with Verizon business

I had been using the Windows 10 App successfully for several months. I hadn't opened it from December 24 until yesterday. Now it has stopped syncing with my Verizon business account. I tried setting up the account on my Outlook 2010 which is what I use for all other email, but couldn't do that either - so maybe it is a Verizon problem & not Windows 10 but I doubt it because Windows 10 has messed up just about everything else that has gone wrong.*sarc

Any advice would be appreciated. I would rather use the mail App because it keeps everything clean & separated for my purposes. Thanks!

email will not sync, error code 0x85050041,

error code 0x85050041 when using the Windows 10 app Mail.

No sync at all. Tried to stop then restart syncing, etc no luck. No Windows 10 updates in progress nor pending. Mail is fine when using browser based email clients. I have Outlook 2013 also on computer
(for business email. ) No problems there.

Staring on May 29, 2017, The yahoo app for windows 10 will no longer sync due to the fact that Yahoo no longer supports the windows 10 yahoo app that allowed for the synchronization with Cortana or windows. Yahoo sold this portion of their business to
Verizon. A work around to this is to sync your yahoo account to the windows 10 mail service. It can have multiple accounts embedded into the service. I love the service because now I can have all of my email accounts all in one app/service. Please feel

*Confused SMH, found the solution to this when I set up calendar. There are two places to set privacy for the Mail and Calendar Apps. Here is where I found the info: Mail and Calendar for Windows 10 FAQ - Outlook.

Click the Start icon, then settings. Select privacy, then calendar. Under Choose Apps that can Access Calendar, Mail & Calendar should be set to "on". Same under email privacy.
