Windows 10: Windows 10 Mail App

Last Thursday or Friday I called MS support because I was having an issue with my mail app account. The tech asked for access, I allowed. She then proceeded to delete my email address account promising me it would not delete my emails - WRONG! So, now all my emails and correspondence are gone. Don't really need the "received" as much as the "sent" due to business and family which are not located in my internet providers email account. MS ran a module update last night and wiped out all of my restore points (which I had already tried to no avail) and I am at a loss of what to do now. I called MS Store location in Ohio which is very far away and they don't even know if they could fix it. Is there anyone in the MS Support group that actually knows what they are doing and could possibly know how to help me? Thank you.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

I did that to no avail, then I ran WSReset.exe; now I'm good on all 3, Mail, Calendar and People! *Confused
Go figure!
