Windows 10: Windows 10 Mail version 16005.13426.20316.0 printing in tiny font size. Multiple users...

Hi all,

I assume there was a recent microsoft 10 mail version update, multiple users have reported the same issue we are having since Friday the 11th of December. The issue is that while a message looks fine in Mail, when printed, it shrinks it to one 1/4 the size on the page and to the top left hand side of the page. Here's a link to another user with the same problem. I have used multiple printers and printing is fine for all other applications including outlook.com. It only seems to affect the fat client windows 10 mail. This other user has articulated the problem very well including screenshots below:

This issue is affecting a small dental clinic and needs an update from Microsoft to fix. Due to the low volume of users that use windows 10 Mail, it's my guess that it hasn't been reported in volume, but is a recent issue.

PRINTED font too tiny

I use Google, not Internet Explorer.

Recently when I print out an e-mail the font is so tiny I can hardly read it. How can I adjust this, or what is happening?

On Oct 8 I received an e-mail: font Comic Sans MS, size 12. This printed properly, it was large enough to read easily.

On Oct 25 I received a message from the same person. The
font was exactly the same as the above (Comic Sans MS, size 12)
BUT it printed out so tiny I could hardly read it.

I could give numerous other examples where the font type and size were the same as that person previously sent a message. Earlier it printed out fine, lately it prints out tiny.

PRINTED font too tiny

I'm quite familiar with the 'fit to paper size' instruction but there is no such command/choice when I print an
e-mail. It is still printing in the tiny font.

 

Font size

After the latest update for Windows 10, the font size is tiny when I print out e-mails. Can't figure out how to fix this.
