    Windows 10 makes intrusive changes via updates!


    I've been using Windows 10 for about a week now. There's a lot of things that I disabled or uninstalled right away from the moment I fresh install this OS (defender, useless preinstalled stuffs, privacy options, whatnot). What gets under my skin is, when the new updates applied to my system, all those crap reverted to default! defender on, privacy settings to default, useless software.

    Is there a way to prevent this from happening in the future? It's a solid OS without this crap after all!

    Windows 10 is SLOW, INTRUSIVE and NOT user friendly at all. Every time WIndows does an update it gets worse instead of better. Its like they pick the best features from the last iteration and makes sure that useful tool is excluded from the next update.
    Microsoft is a joke!

    oh am so fed up with the updates

    What's your suggestion for Microsoft to make sure ALL Windows 10 devices are updated that isn't intrusive? The days of letting users go years without updates just doesn't work anymore.

    I'm sure they would be happy to know the secret. You can leave your suggestion in the Feedback App in Windows 10.

    I have never seen that before. Only time would be if you are in the Insider program and you are using the ISO's. Then it would change your settings.
