Windows 10: Windows 10 mal function

I think there is a mal-function on Windows 10 because I did not do anything for The Edge to appear on my screen it always appears when I start the computer. Could you please advice how to solve this problem. Thanks in advance

I suggest you to perform the below troubleshooting methods and check if it helps.

Method 1: Hardware Troubleshooter

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Printer. Refer these steps:

• 1. Press Windows key +X, select Control panel
  
  2. Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
  
  3. Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
  
  4. Run the Hardware and devices.

If the issue persists, please follow the below methods.

Method 2: Download and install the latest drivers.

I suggest you to download and install the latest touchpad drivers form Vaio website and check if it resolves the issue.
