Windows 10: Windows 10 malfunction after update

Hi, I am having a lot of issues with the new windows10 updates. After the last update my windows is malfunctioning. the taskbar doesn't work. ony media player, file explorer and ms Edge and chrome are working. I can carry out the basic functions but by large it is not working. even the start menu is not working. i have to shut down by right clicking the start menu icon. if i click mutiple times on start menu icon, i get a warning "Critical Error" and i have to sign off. and the biggest part is that my ms office entirely disappeared. i had it installed a few years ago and i dont even have the key now. because the taskbar is not working i cant even connect to a different wifi network. i have the store shortcut pinned to the taskbar and even after clicking it multiple times, it wont start. i have tried every single solution provided in related chats and yet i cant seem to repair windows. can you help?

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
