Firstly, I KNOW there is a screen snap setting that automatically snaps to the edge of the screen and allows you to drag full-screenmaximized windows. So don't tell me to "turn off/on" screen snap. I have it off because I use multiple monitors and I HATE how it hard sticks to the edge of the screen when I'm trying to drag it from one screen to another.

Secondly, don't tell me to expand the window to the size of the monitor. That's not a fix.

I want to be able to drag an application/window that has been maximized. This currently is impossible WITHOUT screen snap. Apparently none of the tech guys working for Microsoft understand the question we are asking, or they are ignoring the question, or are simply incompetent. But before I judge them on being incompetent, I want to make this a little more understandable and clear.

    1. I want to be able to drag maximized windows.

    2. I DON'T want screen snap onas I despise how it hard sticks
    3. I want to be able to maximize a window via dragging it to the top of the screen.

Windows 7 allowed so many ways to adjust your window size quickly. For example, windows 7, when you drag it to the top, it maximized the window. When you drag it to the side, it half-screens the window. When you drag it from one screen to another, it snaps for only a microsecond. when windows 10 snaps, it gets stuck and I have to drag my mouse across the mouse pad really far and fast to make it "unsap"

So how do we get windows 7 UI settings on windows 10? At least just for this feature.

    :)

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
