    Windows 10 Media Feature Pack not working


    So I installed gta5 and I was ready to play but I got a error searched it up and found out I needed to download Media feature pack.So I download Version 1903 May 2019 64-bit.So I ran it and got a Windows update standalone installer The update is not applicable to your computer.Very confused I need some answers.

    Windows 10 Home - Media Feature Pack

    Hi Adam,

    There is a big possibility that the version of the Media Feature Pack
    that you're downloading is not compatible with the current version of your Windows. Let's try to check first your Windows version. See the steps below on how to do so:

    • Press Windows key, then type in winver.
    • A pop-up box will show up containing your Windows version.
    • Send us a screenshot.

    In the meantime, here are the Media Feature Pack for different Windows version:

    When I follow these steps Media Features are not listed, despite having downloaded and installed the Windows Media Feature Pack! Please help! Can't install GTA: V! Aaaargh!

    I have the same problem. When I try to install KB 3099229, I get "Feature Pack for Windows (KB3010081) is already installed on this computer".

    I followed your steps above, but KB3010081 is not listed under "Installed Updates".

    (Problem appeared after I upgraded from Win 7 N x64 (with Media Pack installed) to Win 10.)
