Windows 10: windows 10 media player. Why won't it update media player to include videos? my files have...

Why won't windows 10 upgrade my media player to include video? I've tried adding a new feature to apps but that didn't help. My files contain both mp3 and cdg but I can only play mp3

Faulty Windows Media Player

Windows Mesdis Player developed a fault (Played jerky an missed bits) so I down loaded Media Player 10.

It's no better. Any suggestions (I run Windows 98)

What is the exact error message you get when you to try play files on Windows Media Player?

I suggest you to run both Windows Media Player Library and Settings troubleshooter and check.
