Windows 10: Windows 10 media tool not creating a UEFI SSD drive

Never had this problem before and I'm going a little crazy. I have a computer with no drive. I updated bios to latest version and installed a sata SSD 1tb. Created windows 10 media tool on my laptop changed bios to uefi and booted into the tool. I selected the new drive it finishes installing windows restarts and enters bios. I try to find the drive to manually boot to and it's not present. So rinse and repeat same results. I then formated it ran disk part cleaned it and made sure it is in gpt format did it again same result. I switched to legacy and there is the drive but I can't boot overrid

I switched to legacy and there is the drive but I can't boot override into it tried restarting and saving with it in front of the boot order or if I use the boot menu I get "reboot and select proper boot device or insert and press a key" I look into it in the media tool all partitions are accounted for no other drives for it to be confused with what am I doing wrong?

Download Windows 10 and check if you are able to create the bootable media.

UEFI install Windows 10 was A LOT OF work!

Why would anyone bother with Rufus for Windows UEFI install media? Format the USB stick to FAT32 and drag and drop the files from the iso onto the USB stick. BAM instant UEFI boot drive.
