    Windows 10: Memorizing Administration Permissions


    Hello people from Ten Forums. At first sorry for my bad English.

    So, 1 year ago, after "figthing" to many viruses that affected my PC, because I downloaded too many things with them, I decided to setup a Admin account and turning my account a "normal user". With this, I was able to, everytime, some program needs admin privileges, it asks my password. However, there are many programs that I trust but are everytime I run them, asking for privilegess. Is there anyway to make Windows stop asking me for privileges for those apps? I tried to google for it, but I didn't found any answer.

    Hi,

    How many accounts do you have on the computer?

    You should have at least one admin account on the computer to make any changes to the computer.

    Hi and welcome to Ten Forums thunderbinazuma*Smile

    You could set up an account using Family Safety, using the child account(a misnomer in my opinion) options and then set the apps & programs you use often to run, all others on the system will then need elevated privileges.

    Well, it worked, but only with Apps from the Windows Store. Applications like Photoshop or Dragon Ball Xenoverse still asks for those permissions.

    I don't know other wise, maybe some else will come along that does.

    The old Windows Live Family Safety(for Windows 7) let you cherry pick installed programs.
