Discus and support Windows 10 menu bar in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; I just noticed that this out of place suspicios menu bar has suddenly appeared on my explorer windows.     Windows 10 menu bar


    I just noticed that this out of place suspicios menu bar has suddenly appeared on my explorer windows. Cant get it off either, have tried it through group policy with no avail. Can somebody help me please?

    Where is the Tools menu on the Windows Explorer Menu bar. It's missing how do I get the default Windows Explorer menu bar back?

    Hi @martastic, welcome to tenforums.com! *Smile

    Click on Tools►Folder Options►View tab►Files and Folders►uncheck 'Always show menus'►click Apply and OK.

    Try the same method but this time through the Control Panel/File Explorer Options itself and restart Explorer and/or the machine.

    If that doesn't work, it's probably intrinsic to your 3rd party theme.

    Windows 10 menu bar

    and that theme is not suppose to be with that menu. It certainly wasn´t there when i applied it.

    i changed windows theme back to default and this bar was still there
