Windows 10: windows 10 minecraft master collection unlock full game glitch how to fix.

i have minecraft windows master collection and whenever i install it it always says unlock full game even though i own master colection so after i click buy master colection it redirects me to microsoft store where it says play and that i have master colection installed so i am getting annoyed now so i searched up a fix and i did the wsreset microsft store thing and reset the mc launcher and it still didnt work so then i did some more research and it said to look at acounts so i did and i only have 4 acounts it said if over 10 then that is a problem so now im annoyed because i payed for this a

Windows 10 Minecraft Master Collection

I bought Minecraft Master Collection for $49.99 on 8/31/2020 nd the microsoft store says I OWN the game, however I cannot install this. I click install and it downloads the normal MineCraft Windows 10, not the Master Collection. I have not received any
of the packs or coins and no other forum has given me a clear answer to how to fix this or get a refund. I need help ASAP on this issue.
