Windows 10: Windows 10 minor upgrades are removing all bookmarks, shortcuts and task bar items.

Windows 10 minor upgrades are reoccurring and it removes all bookmarks and desktop shortcuts and any pinned task bar items. This is the 3 times. I reported this before and whatever they told me to do did NOT work.


I need to STOP the madness and know once I make a change to stop them it will work and how to validate before the next upgrade happens out of the blue.

Windows 10 Defender - How to make it default to task bar?

Using Windows 10 and currently I am using Defender for anti virus. For whatever reason Windows Defender does not show up in the task bar unless I search for the program or right click and scan a file/folder. Is there a way to force Defender to show up in the task bar at start up?

I'd like to disable Skype and all the crap that I don't need in windows 10. I've gone through the settings and removed it from the optional program list but I still see Skype and some other executables or processes running in task manager , i'm sure there's a way
