Windows 10: Windows 10 missing Windows Backup app

My Windows 10 does not have the Windows Backup app as describe below. When trying to set up new Windows 11 computer, it tells me I can transfer my data and setting from my old Windows 10 computer by using the Windows Backup App. I try opening it via the Windows button search as well as the Windows button list of installed programs, but it is not there.How can I get it?Via Settings -> Updat

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
