Windows 10: Windows 10 missing

Hi sir I actually performed restart on my computer with accepting the option total removal of files. . Windows reinstallion started and stopped at 64 and system got sucked totally for 2 days I have given my laptop in local technician to overcome the issue but shockingly all files even with windows 10 os was formatted for normal use he installed cracked version of windows 10 os. . Please help me in installing windows 10 in my laptop

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
