Windows 10: Windows 10 Monitor Reset & Now A Little Too Large

Hello, so I'm visually impaired. My monitors resolution reset and now it's 1/2 inch too large. Before you say change the resolution, it does it on every one. Tried this and now it's MIA:1. Open Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization. Click Personalization and then click Display Settings.2. Under Resolution, move the slider to the resolution you want and then click Apply.It's not under display setting and under Appearance and Personalization there's no longer Personalization. So where did the resolution tongle if that's the word for it bar go? I remember I used that in the past. No

Windows 10 is Resetting/Glitching with 2nd Monitor

Method1: I suggest you to change the monitor setting make the 2 monitor primary and 1 monitor secondary and check if that helps.

Press Windows + P to make the changes.

Method 2: Update the graphic driver and check if that helps.

Follow the steps to update the graphic driver.

• Press Windows key + X key and click Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapter and Select Graphic.
• Right-click on the Graphic and click on Update driver software.
  
• Restart the computer and check.

My workaround is to use PowerPoint Screen Recorder but this need additional screen capture.

The reason for Screen Recorder is Windows 10 Mouse Cursor for Office Menu item disappear when select Screen Capture App. It is cumbersome to show Tech Support what is selected on Office App on captured screen...
