Windows 10: Windows 10 MP4 Thumbnails Not working in new sub folders of MY Documents

I have been having issues with thumbnails for my MP4 videos in my Pictures folder and some of its sub-folders. I have read and tried numerous solutions, none of which have worked. I have discovered that if I copy any of these videos into another folder that is not a sub-folder of my documents then the thumbnails appear. For example: I created a folder called test on my D drive and copied a couple of the videos into it. The Thumbnails appeared as desired. I then moved that folder to be a sub-folder of Documents and the Thumbnails were replaced by Icons. This has only occurred in the last mon

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

A New Mp4 Player.

I'm gonna buy a new Mp4 player. Suggest me some good ones, I personally like the Sony NWZ-F and Cowon iAudio 10.

sub Folder for outlook

  Where are you trying to create a sub folder is it on mail app or other application?
  

If it is mail app, unfortunately there is no option to create a sub folder in Mail app, I would suggest you to share your feedback in Windows Feedback app.
