  1. Windows 10 multi-monitor

I'm running Windows on three monitors, and I'm having some trouble with features of it that someone might know how to fix, either with system policies edition, registry or even external tools.

    1. Start menu opens on the default monitor only when activated through the keyboard ⊞ shortcut. It seems simple, but it's unbelievably annoying, if your setup is arranged in a weird enough way*. You realize you used the shortcut and then you click the menu button onscreen and the click won't open the menu 'cause it's just closed the menu you mistakenly opened in the other monitor.
I'd like to have it open in the same monitor the mouse is on when keyboard ⊞ is pressed.
    2. Alt + tab shows only in the default monitor.
I'd like to have it show in the monitor the mouse is on.
    3. ⊞ + Tab shows only the windows in the current monitor.
    4. I was able to make all taskbar show all windows, in spite of the monitor they're on. But clicking to minimize/restore only restores windows to their previous monitor. I'd like to be able to restore the window to the same monitor of the taskbar I've just used.

*: I've got a large screen on my side, almost on my back, where I play games, and I had to define it as the primary monitor because lot's of games will go fullscreen only in the first, default monitor. That's making incredibly painful to have some features showing up only in the default monitor.

    Windows 10 KB3213986 Update Cripples Multi-monitor Gaming

The recent Cumulative Update for Windows 10 (KB3213986) cripples multi-monitor gaming, looking at the way Microsoft worded its "known issues" text. After the update is applied, users with multi-monitor setups could experience screen stuttering or clipped screens when running 3D apps on machines with more than one monitor. The only workaround Microsoft suggests for now entails running your 3D apps in non-fullscreen modes, such as windowed-maximized (pseudo-fullscreen) or windowed modes. Microsoft also goes as far as to suggest that people with multi-monitors could try starting their 3D apps with just one monitor connected.

"Users may experience delayed or clipped screens while running 3D rendering apps (such as games) on systems with more than one monitor," the change-log for the KB3213986 update reads. "To work around this issue please consider the following options: 1. Running the application in Windows mode (not full screen), or 2. Starting the application with only one monitor connected," it adds. The update effectively cripples multi-monitor gaming, using technologies such as AMD Eyefinity or NVIDIA 3D Vision Surround.

    Windows 10 KB3213986 Update Cripples Multi-monitor Gaming

This should be enough to get the conspiracy theorists suggesting that Microsoft is intentionally crippling multi-monitor support in fullscreen mode since games sold on the Microsoft Store all work in the pseudo-fullscreen mode...

Or it could just be an idiotic bug that will be fixed in time.

Windows 10 Multi Monitors in remote desktop

It would appear that this is the issue. However I find it odd that when I had windows 7 pro I could remote connect to a windows 7 enterprise computer and I got multi-monitor support. But when I have windows 10 pro (where multi-monitors is supported), I do
    not get multi monitor support.

It doesn't matter though, I have since upgraded the other computer to windows 10 pro so I have multi monitor support.
