While running multiple monitors with full task bars on each, add an option where opened folders / file / programs open on the specific monitor and are 'highlighted' on that specific monitor. Example: monitor 1 main, monitor 2, monitor 3. If one opens a folder on monitor 1 it opens on monitor 1. If one opens a folder on monitor 2 it opens on monitor 2 opposed to opening on the main monitor 1. If one opens a folder on monitor 3 it opens on monitor 3 opposed to opening on the main monitor 1.


Currently if another app is opened on a alternate monitor, the app is defaulted to monitor 1 where the user has to move the app to the other monitor.


Further, the file / folder / program should be highlighted and a previewed for mouse hover with respect to each monitor / taskbar.


Each monitor needs its own full task bar that identifies its own characteristic with respect to what is open on the specific monitor.

Windows 10 Defender - How to make it default to task bar?

Using Windows 10 and currently I am using Defender for anti virus. For whatever reason Windows Defender does not show up in the task bar unless I search for the program or right click and scan a file/folder. Is there a way to force Defender to show up in the task bar at start up?
