Windows 10 MultiUser WVD - Invalid Value For Registry Error when opening images in Photos

We have a multi-tenant WVD environment set up as a software vendor, and now we are having some issues with opening images in Windows Photos.
We tested this in Windows 1909 and 2004. With both new users, and existing users. As profile container we implemented FSLogix.
When users try to open images, they get "Invalid Value For Registry Error In Windows 10".
If they open the same image using "right click" -> "open with paint", it works.
We deploy remote app, so the users never see the full desktop.
We tested removing appx package and adding again, but same issue persists.
Is the registry invalid on HKCU level?
Any ideas on how to mitigate this issue, from an admin perspective for all users?

    :)

I am getting message "invalid value for registry" when I try to open pictures with windows photo gallery. This didn't use to happen. Can you make a suggestion? I use windows 10 on desktop.

"Paint" will open them but quality and functionality isn't as good.
