Windows 10: Windows 10 needs 30 mins to 4h to start

Hello everyone,for the last 2-3 weeks the boottime of Windows 10 has been incredible long. So here´s what happens:I press the powerbutton of my pc and you can see a black screen. No logo no text at all. The led of my monitor keeps blinking and that´s that. Sometimes after about 35 mins the Windows 10 screen appears where I have to put in my password.After that it goes relatively quick, maybe half a minute and I finally can use my pc.I´ve seen some guys had similar problems and I´ve tried some of the solutions as:I disabled fast boot in Windows 10 not in BIOS but later I saw that it is disable

I tried as per suggested steps, unfortunalty does not help.



I think it is Windows OS Limitation to have tile update on every 30 mins.

As you have already run the SFC scan, I suggest you to run the DISM tool by following the steps below:

• Press Windows + X keys and click
  command prompt(admin).
• Type the following commands in command prompt one by one and press Enter after each command.
  

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Also, check if the issue persists in Safe Mode with Networking.
