Windows 10: Windows 10 Netsh and ipconfig commands

my IPs seem to be messed up, system dcs a lot now, never did anything on the drive am on. not sure if a virus or hardware or something else. right now a Lynksis Router showed has 2 physical connections on one actual connection, Has to rule out hardware as moved and it still persists. as i sit here its DC'ed 5 times in one minute. Also my 192.168.1.1 says its a gateway yet its how connected to my router by default, want to make that gateway the default so it goes through the proper gadget as seen here its not coming through on the main one or Network Monitor II its going through the Network M

How to reset whole netsh? (Windows 7)

Was wondering has the commands changed somehow since on Windows XP and on Windows Vista 'NETSH INT RESET ALL' cleaned entire netsh up from top to bottom.

Now on Windows 7 this same command says no go and only way I can see it is by building .cmd/.bat which does something like:

(I know I could add more entire list of entries there is, but looking for clean delete/wipe settings & default everything not to dump entire list of resets.)

So, anyone got a plan B?

Step 1: Reset TCP/IP

One of the components of the Internet connection on your computer is a built-in set of instructions called TCP/IP. TCP/IP can sometimes become damaged or corrupted.

Follow the steps below to reset the winsock entries and TCP/IP stack and to troubleshoot the issue further.

• 
  Press Windows Key + X together and select Command Prompt (admin).

  Type the following command and hit Enter after each:
  

netsh winsock reset catalog (reset winsock entries)

netsh int ip reset reset.log hit (reset TCP/IP stack)

  Reboot the computer and check.
  

Step 2: Flush your computer's DNS cache.
