  1. Windows 10 Network Adapters not Showing Up?

I cannot connect to the internet, whether through wifi or through ethernet.. when i go to Network and Sharing center and try to look at my adapters, there's nothing there.. I've spent hours trying to reinstall Realtek drivers for my USB wifi dongle.. After reinstalling drivers multiple times, I can't get the internet to work.. Plugging in an Ethernet cable doesn't get internet working.. I've reinstalled all the drivers that originally came with the motherboard in the computer, that still didn't work.. I can't figure out why the adapters aren't showing up, no matter how many times i reinstall the drivers.. Initially, there was something about an IP configuration failure, but then the adapters disappeared all together. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    :)
