Windows 10: Windows 10 network - cannot connect to other computers

im having this strange issue i had in past aswell. my computer refused to let me complete my games for 13 years. still black ops 3 issue non wall running. my isp banned games for windows live vpn televisions. pc wifi only thing worked last years was to connect a laptop to a router. and sysprep use connectify hotspot max. so on and still that dhcp failed to share. too and android tv was blocked 360 login servers banned 360 gathering info on xbox series failed xbox one and not working basicly my computers forced me over too consoles when i got back at pc again after 2 years gone from steam. now

Connecting computer with no internet connection to network printer

1. Open Admin command and type: ipconfig
   
   
   
2. Win+X->Control Panel->Netwok and Sharing Center
   Follow the screen shot. This should disable internet access from this PC but allows access to local device(s)
   NOTE: Use the IP & Subnet Mask from step 1. Leave Default gateway & DNS Server blank

• Which apps are unable to connect to the internet?
• Have you tried to connect to the internet using Internet Explorer?
• Are there any software or hardware changes made to your computer prior to this issue?
• Are there any recent updates installed to your computer?
• How are you trying to connect to the Internet? Wi-Fi/LAN
• Are there any third party anti-virus installed on your computer?
