Windows 10: Windows 10 network controller problem

Hi,My computer runs with a Win10 64 bit and I got really frustrated these few months as i will have “random network disconnection” almost 2 or 3 times a week even I am using the internet “Wi-Fi”.The problem can appear anytime without a pattern. I checked with the device manager and it will show different problems at different times, either Bluetooth or Network Controller, saying that I don’t have any driver.I am 100% sure that there’s no new hardware attached to my PC and those drivers I’ve got must be the latest ones. I have no idea what is going on and what I can do is to see if I am lucky

Let’s try simple troubleshooting methods and check if this helps in resolving the issue. Follow the below methods.

Method 1.

I would suggest you to run Network troubleshooter, it will automatically troubleshoot the network problem and check. If it helps.

• 
  Press Windows + X keys on the keyboard and select Control Panel.
  
• 
  Type Troubleshooting in the search bar on the Control Panel.
  
• 
  Click on View all on the left navigation pane.
  
• 
  Click on Network troubleshooter.
  
• 
  Click on Advanced on the Network troubleshooter dialog box and click on Run as administrator (Enter the credentials if required).
  
• 
  Click on Next and follow onscreen instruction complete the Network troubleshooter.
  

If the issue still persist, try the below method.

Method 2.

I recommend you to uninstall/reinstall the network adapter driver and check. Follow the below steps:

• 
  Press Windows key + X and click on
  Device manager.
  
• 
  Locate for Network adaptor and click on it expand it.
  
• 
  Right click on the device and click on
  uninstall.
  
• 
  Once you are done uninstalling the driver, restart the computer. It will automatically install the generic network adapter driver.
  

If this doesn’t help to fix the issue. I suggest you to update the network driver. Skip step3 from the above steps and right click on the device and click on update.

Problem in Network Connections

• Press Windows key
• Search Control Panel
• Click Troubleshooting then select Network and Internet
• Select Network Adapter then follow the on-screen instructions

Network Adapter PROBLEM

First Verify if the WLAN service is started and set to automatic, if the WLAN service is stopped, I would suggest you to start the service and put it to automatic.

Step 1: Please follow the steps to
start the WLAN service.

• 
  Click on Start, type in services.msc
  and press Enter.
  
• 
  Select WLAN Autoconfig from the list, Right click
  properties.
  
• 
  Change the startup type to Automatic.
  
• 
  Click on Start button.
  
• 
  Click on Apply, Ok.
  

Restart the computer and verify if it works.

Also check if all the dependencies are also running. Try the steps to check Dependencies.

• 
  Right-click on WLAN Autoconfig and select Properties.
  
• 
  Click on Dependencies, you will find all the dependency services under box labeled this service depends on the following system components.
  

Step 2: Run an inbuilt Network troubleshooter.

• 
  Press Windows + X key and select
  Control Panel.
  
• 
  Type troubleshooting and select troubleshooting.
  
• 
  Click on view all on the left pane and select
  Network adapter.
  
• 
  Follow the on-screen steps and check.
