  1. Windows 10 Network Notification Error Resetting Adapter

I've been having this problem for a while now on and off and is too long to explain it all. So I'm posting this with as much detailed information as possible to explain what is going on. Let's begin with this screen capture.

Windows 10 Network Notification Error Resetting Adapter 73bef3b2-fa16-4d1a-98a0-3752929b814d?upload=true.png

First I keep getting disconnected from the internet. Let's make a list of what I've done so far to try and fix this issue.

    1. I've used network troubleshooter to "reset adapter" which fixes it temporarily. 3-5 minutes
    2. I've flushed network settings

    3. Deleted all cookies and temp files

    4. Ran antivirus scan with both Windows Defender and PC-Matic with no results

    5. Uninstalled the network card and reinstalled it through Device Manager

    6. Deleted latest driver and rolled back a driver with feedback pertaining to this issue dating back months in the feedback section of the driver section as to why I'm rolling back the driver.

    7. Restarted my enterprise router and it stays updated automatically and regularly

    8. Deleted all network drivers and installed generic driver through Window installation via Device Manager

When I get disconnected, my private network is listed in the available networks section on the right but drops ALL others that are listed that you see now in the screen capture. I click on the wifi button to turn it off and it takes about 10 seconds to turn off. I turn it back on and no available networks can be seen to connect too. I click on airplane mode and it does the same thing. There's only one exact way to get reconnected via the network troubleshooter to reset the adapter. I have noticed that the SSID for network settings is missing. This made me think that it's the network card losing its settings so I got another one from another ASUS ROG and tried it and the same thing happened. So I put back the original network card and went through the process and got online again. Now I'm seeing that Windows 10 has a notification error within the network area. If you look at the screen capture you will notice that the available networks are listed and my connection is says that I'm connected and securely connected to my router. It even shows me connected at the top left but if you look at the bottom right near the clock in the taskbar, you will see a network "airplane" notification telling me that I'm disconnected from the internet. I was actually offline when I took the screen capture.

So I would like to know if anybody else has had this issue and if so has anybody found a solution to this issue in the past that hasn't already been tried?

    :)

    Resetting Network Adapter

While I have read several suggestions for resetting the network adapter, they all involve rebooting the PC. I am wondering why the Windows Network and Internet troubleshooter doesn't reboot after resetting the adapter? Whatever it does appears (mostly) to solve my network connection issues and a solution that doean't involve rebooting would be an improvement.
