    Good afternoonWe have encountered a very annoying problem in our office recently. We have a Canon ImageRunner device, that uses shared files to send scanned images to the computers. This function has been working flawlessly for almost a year. However a week ago several of my colleageus one-by-one have been "cut off" from it. Only 2 laptops out of 7 can receive scans from teh printer.Below you can see a few details about the issue:No changes have been made to the laptops/computers network settings. network visibility is enabled, password protection removed.I have tried turning SMB 1.0 on and of

Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.

    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
