Windows 10: Windows 10 new login screen (just like windows 8)

I have read articles that Windows 10 has a new login screen
and it is just like windows 8 login screen
the steps are in the registry and its this:

but i cant find TestHooks in that address my windows is 64 bit
is there any solution for this in 64 bit
i couldn't find any topic about this

Windows 10 upgrade

Upgraded from 8 to 10

system boots to login screen

login completes and windows just continues to cycle from screen to screen like it is looking for desktop

continues to loop with every forth or figth loop shows the desktop

cannot interrupt loopnig unless hard power off

toolbar at bottom not complete

?????

 

Recover lockscreen from Window 8

I have a beautiful image and I set it as my login and lockscreen on Window 8. However, later I deleted it but it seems that that picture is assign to my account that each time I reinstall Window 8 with my Microsoft account, it automatically sets that picture
as login and lockscren.

I really want to recover that photos but unfortunately, on Window 8 I don't know how to find it.

Now, I has install a new version of Window 10 and there is no more such image on the login or lock screen.

So is there any way to recover that image and set it as login/lock screen on Window 10?

Please help me.
