    Had this a few times now. Brand new build.


    Currently suspecting the M.2 WD Black SSD eNVM 2280 since this exact same build worked fine before I upgraded to that SSD.

    Windows 10 new PC build, BSOD DPC Watchdog Violation on Ryzen

    Here is my build:

    RAM: 2x4GB G Skill Ripjaws V Series @ 3200Mhz-->

    F4-3200C16D-8GVKB

    SSD: WD Black NVMe M.2 2280 --> WDS250G2X0C

    CPU: Ryzen 5 2400G with Vega 11 graphics

    Motherboard: Asrock AB350 Fatal1ty Gaming -Itx AM4

    It says "for intel platform" on Amazon, but I've seen countless other Ryzen platform builds perform well with these.

    I randomly get the blue screen of death with DPC Watchdog Violation. Is it the RAM or the M.2 or both??

    I have updated all drivers and especially so for the drive controller. I've never had this error before, coming from a windows 8.1 laptop though.

    BSOD DPC WATCHDOG VIOLATION

    According to what I found from your minidump file, ndis.sys is caused this
    DPC WATCHDOG VIOLATION BSOD error on your Windows computer.It's a
    NDIS 6.20 Wrapper Driver and installed onto your computer through Windows Update. As far as I know, you have installed new Windows updates lately.

    You can uninstall those updates out of your computer, restart your PC and check again the result. Remember to do these steps in Safe Mode.
