Windows 10: Windows 10 New PC Build Newly Formatted BSOD bad system config info

The title says it all, i have built a pc that has been running fine for about 2 months, suddenly i experienced the BSOD with error "bsod stop code critical process died" so i tried literally every recovery feature from inside CMD without any luck eventually i formatted my PC with a fresh copy of windows 10, deleted all old files, formatted disk then installed windows 10 as if it was a new PC as i wanted to eliminate any other issues.

After formatting the PC works fine for about 10mins then makes a typical sound beep as if windows disconnected a device example a USB. The screen goes black, the PC stays powered on yet i cant see any display. When i restart i get BSOD this time with error " bad system config info "

I then reformatted my PC and thought maybe i did something wrong, this time i ended up with the same error, the PC runs fine for a few minutes then goes blank and requires me to restart to get display, but when i restart i get BSOD and no repair tools work at all.

Now im no noob here, i honestly now my way around a computer and do code ect, so any task is pretty simple for me to execute.

With such bad luck i believe i have a hardware issue, at first i thought i was software, however now i think hardware is causing a software issue. Im leaning toward thinking a faulty m.2 drive ssd i have running or ram. What would be the issue here anyone know?

At first i thought it was my graphics card im running RTX 2070 and thought graphics was the culprit however after further testing due to corrupt system files im thinking hard drive. Did run a test on hard drive however its not giving me any errors when testing.

I'm finding it rather hard to pin point what the issue is, do you have a solution to assist me?

Bad system config info and failure to launch windows 10

Windows 10 on a Dell XPS about 1.5 yrs old

turned machine on and got the Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart; bad system config info.

Went through the multiple suggestions to fix, repair or restore but none of them were successful. Seemed to get a consistent response that a problem was encountered and therefore no the problem couldn’t be resolved.

Under troubleshoot attempted the prompt command option. The message under the Microsoft Windows [version 10.0.17134.1] said not enough resources available to process this command.

I found a video on youtube to address the bad system config info issue and followed the steps as presented.

After going through that process my system still won’t boot up.

there apprared to be enough free space on C.
