Windows 10: Windows 10 Night Light won't turn off

Around a year or so ago I set the windows 10 blue light filter "night light" to turn on at around 9:15 PM and end at around 7 AM, now I'd like it gone completely. Problem is night light doesn't want to turn off. When I turn night light off in settings in does nothing, and when I re-open settings it has turned itself back on. If i go into the night light settings it's much the same, changing anything results in nothing and when settings is closed and then opened all changes have been reversed, expect when trying to turn off the night light in the night light settings, which just crashes setting
