Windows 10: Windows 10 no account, now I'm locked out sans Pin or Password

Thanks to Microsoft I am officially only ever buying Apple products from here on out because when I call 1-800-APL-CARE, I get a representative on the PHONE and they direct me to where I need to go. Now that I got that off my chest:I bought a refurbished laptop that came with Windows 10 pro. I receive said machine with a fresh install of Windows. I didn't want to create a Microsoft account so I tried creating what I thought was a local account - The Lenovo computer I have asked for a thumbprint verification which I set up. Using a link I sent myself from my work's Office 365 subscription I ins

Microsoft Account PIN and password

• Click Start menu and go to Settings.
• In Settings, click the Accounts icon.
• Click on Sign-in options.
• Change both your password and pin one by one.

Have PIN for Windows 10 but need Windows password

Forgotten PIN and expired password

Thanks for your answer.

I tried steps of both links:

• #1: reset PIN code
  
  • I see no link "reset your PIN"on login page --> I can't reset it
    
• #2: change or reset windows password
  
  • My Windows account is not displayed at all on login page.
    
  • I am using a local account
    

If you have any other suggestion, I would be more than happy to try.
