    Windows 10 no admin Password cannot make any changes


    HI,


    We have a windows 10 computer on our domain and somehow it's lost it's connection and local settings.

    I am the domain admin and I cannot make any changes on this computer - error - need admin user name and PW.

    Was able to check network connections and it's not hitting our Domain Controller it's connecting to a server that

    does not have DC on it. We are trying to download a program and even though the user is listed as an Administrator

    it's stating needs elevated permissions. Cannot locate the Administrators PW on this computer. We can not make an

    changes or run a cmd command with out admin rights.


    Is there anyway we can bypass or change the admin pw so we can use this computer.

    admin password?

    You can reset the Admin Password using Windows XP repair; See Here for step by step.

    ok changed added admin password for d in safe mode!
    Ok, now this is weird: XP repair will not accept my new password! WTF?
