Windows 10: Windows 10 No Sound

Hello there, Yesterday I installed AMD Driver and after deleting it, i can't get a sound. I reinstalled windows 10, reseted my pc entirely, it didn't work. My smart monitor has a built in speakers and they work fine, I can get a sound with or without connecting my PC to it. Also, I can get a sound if I connect my PC to my monitor without HDMI cable. When using cable, there's nothing wrong with the display. I checked the drivers, they're all updated. I don't know what else to do. Thank you for your help.

• Right click on the Sound icon from the System Tray and click on Sounds.
• Browse for the sound and click on apply and Ok.

Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
