Windows 10 no start menu, no settings, no windows store, no notifications

So, this was my issue for the last three days. I tried every possible solution to fix it, except installing a fresh copy of Windows. Nothing helped.
Sometimes, things even got worse. Initially, only windows store apps weren't available. Then, Start Menu disappeared. Then, right click on start menu and win+x disappeared. Then Settings disappeared. All those sfc /scannow and Dism /restoreHealth solutions didn't help. Yet, you might try them, anyways.
I tried reverting to some restore points, where right click on the start menu worked, once or twice.
Sometimes, only start menu wasn't working. After some of the performed fixes, everything wasn't available, except task manager and win+r options. Even calendar didn't work. windows troubleshooters didn't help, either.

This is my solution to that problem:

    1. Run task manager (Ctrl+Shift+ESC)
    2. Press File/New task. Check "run as admin". Enter "explorer".
    3. Navigate to "C:\Windows\SystemApps".
    4. Copy "Microsoft.Windows.Cortana_****" and "ShellExperienceHost_****" folders
    5. Open another explorer (steps 1 and 2)
    6. Check "View/Show hidden files"
    7. Navigate to "C:\Program Files\WindowsApps"
    8. Right click on that folder. "Properties/Security/Advanced"
    9. Change owner of the "WindowsApps" folder to your current account. It should be "TrustedInstaller" by default. Change to yours. Confirm everything.
    10. Now, copy/paste those two folders (cortana and shell) from "SystemApps" to "WindowsApps"

We need to restore "TrustedInstaller" rights back for that folder.
You can try changing it's properties manually, by changing the owner back to "TrustedInstaller". Search for "NT Service/TrustedInstaller" user in the owner change window and press Enter. Don't forget to remove your current user's full rights for that folder.
Actually, this didn't help me to restore those rights.
Instead, I created a USB flash installer, using MediaCreationTool.

After creating USB media, you need log out.
On the login screen, hold shift and press "Power/Restart".

In the troubleshooting menu, select "Using other device". Select your USB media.
    Then, select "Troubleshooting/Command Prompt".

In the command prompt, enter 'icacls "C:\Program Files\WindowsApps" /Q /T /C /RESET' to restore folder permissions. Windows should set them back to TrustedInstaller.
    Reboot.
    Everything should be fixed now.
If not, open "powershell" as admin via task manager and run this:
    Get-AppxPackage *immersivecontrolpanel* | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
This command will reinstall all your universal apps and you should be good to go.

    :)

    Windows 10 Tweaks

As you may already know, Windows 10 (as well as Windows 8) allow you to log in with a valid Microsoft account, instead of creating a local account that only works on your machine. However, you may prefer to keep a local account for privacy reasons. If you do, though, some Windows 10 features—like Cortana—may not work. Despite the default behavior, the Windows 10 Store is not one of them. You can still log in to your Microsoft account for just the Store without switching to a full Microsoft account. The process, however, is not terribly obvious. To do so, follow these steps:

    • Launch the Store from your Start menu.
    • Click the user icon next to the search box.
    • Click “Sign-in” from the menu that appears.
    • Choose “Microsoft account” and log in like normal.
    • When the “Make it yours” box appears do not enter your password. Instead, click “Sign in to just this app instead.”
